Adjudication Services 

Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Program recognizes that people with disabilities may require additional supports in order to meet the challenges of daily living and in order to move towards, and maintain, greater independence. This program provides adjudication services relating to PWD applications received from individuals residing within British Columbia’s First Nation communities to determine eligibility for extended services.

The BCANDS PWD and MNS programs are available to eligible individuals who reside within British Columbia’s First Nation Communities. The PWD and MNS programs are administrated / adjudicated by BCANDS on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs (CIRNAC)
